How long do betterflies ® live?: Not that long. But we do offer a special plan for those concerned by their lifespan. For an extra $950 per year, we'll swap your dead betterfly ® with a brand new one (you'll need to send him back to us though, as we'll use his wings as spare parts).
What forms of payment do you accept?: We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, Discover, American Express and Cash.
Do betterflies ® respond to direct orders?: Of course not! They are butterflies for goodness sakes!
Are betterflies ® water resistant?: Yes, because betterflies ® have a clear protective coat, you don't need to worry about getting them wet.
How can I keep my betterfly ® clean?: All our betterflies ® are dishwasher safe.
I think I got a lemon, what's your return policy?: Please read our Terms and Conditions.
My betterfly ® has a small scratch on his wing, can you fix it?: What we do in such a case is to send you a new wing. Just rip off the damaged one and glue the new one back on, et voilà!
Do you charge extra for metallic paint?: We do not, but keep in mind that the metallic option seriously impairs betterflies' ® flight. On the other hand, these betterflies ® make great fridge magnets.
